Our Residency programs are leadership development program designed to offer hands-on experience, personal mentoring, and coaching to emerging leaders who’ve discerned a clear calling to pastoral ministry. Residents gain experience by serving alongside and receive coaching from the pastors at Calvary. Residency serves as a pipeline designed to equip high-impact, high-potential future leaders that are called to ministry.
